today was ok..training was ok too..lols...xcept for e defence part..as usual i was very nervous before trainig,dunno why..anw e defence was so tiring at first,i thought i was going to faint cos very difficult to breath..den aft trainin went 7-11 wif shufen den we talk bout alot of things till 7.10..so late le...den when i gt home,my knee became kinda wierd..it seems swollen to me la..bt my mum says tat it is not...bt it feels reali reali wierd when iam walking..den my mum says tat it mus be e ruan gu tat hav prob..i duno la,tink is e defence thingy..otherwise i cannot tink of anything tat cause tis..it isn't pain lor just wierd like it is going to bend or wat..hiaz..i dun care le..see wat happen tmr..hope tat it is nothing bad..
